Pathetic service

Waisted my time waiting shopping then to the queue.when I got to the till cashier told me laybye system is off has been for weeks now.asked for a Manager who came and confirmed this stating all mr price store don't take laybyes because of IT issues she doesn't know how long it will take.

Why not have a not at door so customers to waste their time.why such *********** and inconvenience. Shame to your brand and Management
