Pathetic service

I made an arrangement to pay my account on the 25th which I did. Accout. Paid via EFt but now still getting sms. I called earlier for a settlement letter still didn't get it but yiu gusy can call me 5 times a day to find out when I'm paying but you can't do your job properly and the hand me over cause ididn't keep my arrangement but a EFt can take a few days. Pathetic service
