Pathetic service

I ordered items from the website on the 3rd of May 2020. I was sent an email saying that it was confirmed and out on delivery on Wednesday 13th of May. Thursday late afternoon at 4pm i received another email stating that 1 item was now unavailable and I've been refunded for it but the rest is on its way. Saturday, the 16th of May the delivery van came to my house to deliver and all of a sudden then was no order in the van but on the list it was shown a delivery is due. When i track my order it shows no backstamp so i have no idea what is happening and this is pathetic service.
