Pathetic Service by Mr Price

I ordered clothes from Mr Price online on 21 April 2023. When I ordered the clothes I was informed that the order would arrive around the 26th April 2023. It is now the 4th of May 2023 and I have not yet received the order. I received an email from the tracking company and Mr Price online which stated that the order is on its way, but everyday no order arrives. I tracked the order via the tracking company and can see that it has been onboard the delivery vehicle for days now, but no delivery has been made. I sent an enquiry to Mr Price but I have not received any response. This is pathetic service. The clothes I ordered online was for an event which I was supposed to attend on the 1st May 2023. These clothes are sourced locally and I don't understand why is there a delay. I have ordered from companies overseas and their delivery time is quicker. Truly disappointed by Mr Price.
