Pathetic service at Mr price in v&a

I had the most horrible service at Mr price in v&a . I went 2 days ago for a pair of shoes. , they promised to get back to me later that day . no one called me I had to go in myself , the guy pretended to be a manager and said he will stick to his word I will get it the very next day . Still no call until I went into the store he walked right past me as if he didn't know me . I couldn't understand they had 11 size 4s in the stock room but nothing on the floor . I just don't know why they deliver such horrible service . doesn't mean you working at Mr price you have to be that laid back . I am so upset because I expected excellent service for the way I was promised .. I will never want to shop there again up until the head office no one got back to me . I tried calling and they promised to get back to me , I am still waiting
