PATHETIC SERVICE AT MR PRICE CLOTHING

Even though i love Shopping at Mr Price, i am shocked at the extremely bad service. I have been trying to call 4 branches since Tuesday and i have called each branch at least 15 to 20 times per day. It is Thursday evening at 6pm and still no one has answered the phones. How do you run a business like this? I was at the N1 City branch a while ago and they tried calling Canal Walk 3 times and no answer - they were lucky the 4th time. The phone then rang on their side and the one cashier actually had the audacity to say - DONT ANSWER.....Please explain how you run a business like this, I have been trying to purchase a FEW things, NOT ONE Item. I have lost 3 days for delivery and my daughters birthday is around the corner with possibly not enough time to even have the items delivered. Please explain how you run a business like this?
