Pathetic service at Brits Mall Mr Price

The service at Mr Price Brits Mall is so pathetic even their staff members they don’t have sense of urgency. I waited long at the tills and there was no one to assist, it was only one cashier by the name of Koketso he was just alone at his cubicle minding his own business, then after a while he called me using his finger as if I am his lap dog. It is very appalling and embarrassing for someone in retail to behave like that. Incident date 16/07/2020
