PATHETIC SERVICE AND *****S

11 Jan 2025 at 12:27 Mr Price delivery service Worst service ever!! I have placed an order on 28/12/2024 of R1125, I received a message and email confirming delivery on 8/1/2025. Package was never delivered to my address but was signed for by a Siphiwe. There is no such person on my premises!!! I've been trying since 8/1/2025 to get answers on email and from the call center who tells one story after another. I have asked for a refund but that they also cant do!! 17/1/2025 STILL NO WORD FROM ANYBODY I AM FOLLOWING UP EVERY SECOND DAY AND JUST GET TOLD "IT SEEMS THAT SOMEBODY STOLE YOUR ORDER"!!!!!!!! MY WORD IT WAS DELIVERED TO A WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!!! NO WORD ABOUT A REFUND! I WANT SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY TO PLS PHONE ME TODAY!
