Pathetic service and false adverti*****t

Placed an order on the 4th July for a Birthday gift, on the 8th July in the evening i get an email that says its out of stock which is 4 days after I have placed and order which is ridiculous. Went on to the chat to get an explanation which not only do they say refund takes 3-4 working days which delays my purpose of a birthday gift but the agent on the chat Thembeka ended the chat while i was speaking to her. What kind of service is this? What a horrible experience from Mr Price!!
