Pathetic Service All Around

A few weeks ago i went to Mr Price Home at the Grove, i paid my account in full and requested them to close my account. I completed a form that confirmed i want to close my account. A few days ago I checked my account online and saw i still owe them R41. Today i phoned the call centre, the guy told me they can’t close my account until i have the form, i need to go into the store again and complete the form again as the store didnt send the form. This is unacceptable, i will not drive all the way to the store AGAIN because someone didn’t do their work. I also have to add that te service i got from the guy at the call centre was pathetic!!! I will also not pay that outstanding amount as i did request my account to be closed. This is seriously pathetic service from the store as well as the call centre.
