Pathetic service

I've experienced the worse customer service from Mr price. I got an email saying my package was out for delivery. 5 days later. No delivery. Called the call center, get through to Busisiwe who tells me it hasn't left the store. Call a few days later Palesa says that I should call back because their system in Menlyn is offline. Call again. Bear in mind that this is more then two weeks later. I speak to Sthabile who now says the courier said they'll deliver is in two days time and give the number and waybill for the courier service. I call the courier service and they have not recieved the package from Mr price. This is unacceptable service and everyone has just been giving me stories. And no where has Mr price communicated with me unless I called them. This has been happening since 22/04. It is now 10/05. And I want my order!!!
