I think someone out there is not doing their jobs properly,you guys should be fired for such-we made payments according to how we owe ,you guys are abusing my mother telling her that she owes 515 while she keeps on making payments monthly,we demand a statement and your stupid accounts department consults should look clear on the records before jumping out the gun ,call me ***
