Pathetic service

I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of service I have received from Mr Price online, firstly tracking orders on the system DOES NOT WORK, secondly everytime I call it's nothing short of 30 mins and being placed on hold multiple times! nobody can give me a straight forward answer and quite frankly there is no consistency amougst staff. I get told that I can't get feedback because a staff member is not in (do your systems not store notes?) I asked to speak to the manager and get told I will get a call back. I will not cancel my order as that would be the easy way out and I want what I ordered. This is absolutely pathetic service!!!
