Pathetic service
This has to be the worst experience ever.
I purchased few items online on the 26th April and I was advised estimated delivery date would be the 1st then yesterday I get an email to say my order is on the way and nobody came even today.
I called the call center only to hold for about 15 minutes with nobody answering then my call got dropped, when I call again the call center is closed
I sent a WhatsApp to the chat box and I've been waiting on queue for an hour with no response
What nonsense is this? I want my money seeing that you can't deliver my items
