Pathetic Service

I am deeply disappointed with Mr. Price Online. I have placed an order online on Tuesday, 10 November 2025 and it shows the items is in stock. yesterday, the 11 November they told me the package is coming from cape Town, because the warehouse dont have any stock. Today, 12 November 2025 they tell me the order is still with the ware house. their agents are not quite friendly and this is not the first time this is happening to me.

Where is my order, it couldn't just disappear in tin air, after I paid for it already. The due date is the 18 November 2025 and I doubt if the due date will be reach
