Pathetic service

Your customer service sucks big time. I've tried calling since last week calls get dropped. Emailed twice no reply or acknowledgement that my mail was received. Your whatsapp service is for ever under maintenance. With all the money you guys make can you not employ more agents to answer damn queries.
