PATHETIC SERVICE

Mr Price Online and the store itself is PATHETIC... I purchased an item on 28/11/2019 to be delivered, a month later I haven't received my item, as per the customer center there was a problem with shipping and said that i would receive a notification as soon as my item is delivered. December 30/12/2019 and no item, i then requested a refund to be refunded in my account on 08/01/2020. NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT. I've spoken to 4 different consultants, each one telling me the exact same thing, sending me the same email with the same screenshot. I've phoned my bank 3 times this month, weeks apart and according to them there is no refund, the refund from Mr Price was NOT PROCESSED. They are completely PATHETIC, *********** AND SUPER SUPER **** customer service.

Today i requested to speak to a manager, awaiting phone call.
