PATHETIC SERVICE
Please tell me why you have 10 till points but only 2 are open at a time. This happens every day while multiple staff are loitering around the store. I just spent 1 hour in a queue and was still 15th in line.I left because it's PATHETIC to wait that long for one pair of jeans. The staff wasn't very helpful either as they say BLAME IT ON THE LAY BEYS. PATHETIC SERVICE
