PATHETIC SERVICE

I have tried to cancel my mr price policy via mail, call, whatsapp, app chat. but no answer they were very quick to call to sell something but there after no communication. I opened an account a week ago. I am cancelling closing it at the end of this month again. If i cannot get hold of them now imagine how hard it would be to claim.

This decision came after speaking to an ex-client of MRP. and i am experiencing what she told me about. I will not be paying for the policy as i requested a cancellation 1 day after accepting. I think MRP does not want to return my called so that at the end of the month they say I have to pay cause i had the policy for a month already. I regret opening an account again,
