Pathetic service!!!
<p>I paid for an order for express delivery over a week ago, till today I have not received my order. I have contacted your call centre over and over querying the delivery. They give me the same reason everytime, which is a huge lie - "Nobody was home". I have been home waiting for this order!!! I should have chosen Store Economy if I was willing to wait for so long! Your service has become pathetic. You need to have your courier company looked at because I see there are many complaints here for the exact same reason. This is inconveniencing me to wait at home for the order everytime you'll promise for it to be delivered and it keeps costing me to be contacting mrp to find out where is the order. I spoke to your couriers this morning who advised that they can deliver it this afternoon at an additional charge to Mrp, but Mrp did not accept the charge. I have run out of patience with this now! Have it sorted out asap.</p>

And when will that be??? I have waited long enough and this is wasting my time and frustrating me to beg for things that I have paid for! You have just lost 1 more customer and surely will be losing many more because of your useless, unreliable service.
