Pathetic Service

<p>I went to Mr Price West Gate in a Hurry to exchange my bodysuit which was small. The moody cashier by the name of Khethiwe rudly takes the bodysuit and return the funds into my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>She then gives me a receipt to sign. I practically had to ask her if she is done. I stupidly went to the shelves to get the size I wanted and returned to the till for exchange and the ridiculously moody Khethiwe had returned the funds to my account not exchanged as requested. Funds will only be available tomorrow and I need the bodysuit now. </p> <p> </p> <p>My shock us that the whole transfer was done without a receipt as they've taken then receipt when I sent my partner. </p> <p> </p> <p>Someone seriously needs to take Mr Price staff into serious training.</p>
