Pathetic Service....

I have cancelled the insurance on my mr price account at Alberton last year August 2019 I have filled in the forms yet today I still pay it, it was never cancelled I tried numerous occasions to email them. The first response was that I should go in store which I did every month since then I am trying to email them but nothing, yesterday I went to pay my Mr Price acc today I emailed them and I left my phone nr they phoned back when this lady transferred my call they drop so they service it pathetic
