Pathetic service

I am beyond ****ed with the service I am receiving from Mr price and their accounts department I have made payment online for my account on the 28th July and it is still not reflecting up until today. I have been sending emails nonstop to all their agents and up until today none of them have rep**** or can advise if my payment is reflecting. I have been making calls ever since and no one can answer me but is rather giving me the run around for money I paid. I need this to be sorted out before I take it further. Your service is pathetic
