Pathetic service

Yesterday I had gone to Mr Price at Musgrave center and purchased 2 jerseys for R200, which is the special they are currently running. Unfortunately, one did not fit so today I had gone to exchange it for a smaller size which they did not have hence I had to take my size in a different colour. When I went to the till, the manager had stepped in and firstly she was not polite in any way. I explicitly told her I was exchanging one jersey for another yet I was charged for the second jersey. When I brought this up she told me that it is not possible for me to return one for another as they have different codes. This is ridiculous because the prior day, both jerseys had different codes! They are all part of the exact same special at the exact same price. If this is the case then they should not allow customers to purchase jerseys with different codes in the first place! She the proceeded to say that I should bring back the other jersey so that they can credit the sale, and process it again. I do not have the time to go back everyday and it is also a very big inconvenience. She was extremely unhelpful and did not even try to resolve this matter. I was forced to take a jersey in the same colour which I am extremely unhappy with and is still not the right size because they don't have my size! As a long standing customer of Mr Price, I am absolutely appalled at the service.
