Pathetic Service

I placed an order on Sunday the 5th May and made my eft payment to secure my order. When I checked the status of my order on the 7th May it still had not updated to awaiting payment. I then followed up with the chat service and I was advised that the request was not submitted. But what surprised me is that I received a confirmation number which confirms submission of my request. I then told the consultant that I have made a eft transaction on the 5th May and she advised me that they do not accept eft payments. She then advised me to send a proof of payment so that I could get a refund. I did that on the 7th May and I did not even get an automatic reply to confirm the turnaround time advising when I could receive feedback. I have called in the call center today and they are busy dropping my calls. My order number is ********** 46042.
