PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic pathetic service. I have a Mr Price account for 7 years now and never skipped a payment. In October my account installment went from R250 to R580, I went to Irene Mall to query it and I was told by the lady who assisted me that she cannot explain it to me. At the end of November me and my husband went to Kolonade Mall to pay my account, I saw the amount due and query it again, the lady who assisted us called the manager and she went on the payment history to see if an installment was skipped. She told me that she cannot explain it to me because all installments are up to date. She also adviced me to may half of the installment due as she thinks its a mistake on Mr Price's side. In December, Mr Price started harrasing me, I explained everything to the lady who called me - she explained to me that my installment went up monthly to cover the 6 months period which I chose to pay off. They do not devide the balance by 6months and deduct equal installments, they start of by a small amount but if there is R1000 left in the last month that is your installment, which is absolute bull****. I also requested her to ask her manager to call me, to date I have not received that call! In December I once again paid an installment as well as beginning January and now they threaten me to take further action. Mr Price please I challange you, get the video footage from the stores I mentioned above, it will be clear to you that I queried this 2 times to solve the problem but due to your own incompitent staff I was advised otherwise!!!!!
