Pathetic service

I placed an order on your website on the 14th of December & paid for Express Store delivery. Today is the 21st & I still have not received my parcel after numerous requests on your Twitter account that I needed these clothes by today as these were gifts that I needed to take with me to Port Elizabeth.

The last message I received was that the person would follow up with the courier & left me hanging. I followed up at 16:30 as the store closes at 18:00 & there was no response. If you promise to do somethig, do it. If things change then provide your customers with an update & not just keep silent. I want my parcel & a refund of the delivery fee that I paid. Your service is pathetic, to say the least. Stop offering a service that you cannot fulfill.

Additionally, I went to buy the Avengers s****** at your Hemingways Mall branch today & I was charged R329.99 when the price online is R299.99. The manager/supervisor refused to honor the price even though he could not explain why the prices were different. I only bought it because this was a Christmas present for my son, otherwise I would have left it.

You service is getting more pathetic by the day & I do not know why I continue to waste my money at your stores.
