PATHETIC SERVICE

ive been trying to settle my account with mrp mobile every time i contact mrp consultants give me different stories all the time, ive contacted 3 companies (DMC,MBD AND RL DALY)that mrp consultants have provided me all 3 companies have mentioned to me that my account is not with them,if its not with these 3 companies then who the HELL is handling my account, i dont understand why consultants cannot give out proper information whats the sense of contacting customer service if the service given is PUTRID,THIS IS TIME CONSUMING AND A WASTAGE OF MONEY AND AIRTIME.How difficult is it to go on a system and search the correct company handling my account.such pathetic service..........
