Pathetic service

30/11/2017 10:43AM I placed a order online New Order # ********** 93709 everything I ordered was in stock today is the 3rd working day, so I phone to find out by when my order will be delivered at my store, I was assisted by Michellene Lawrence, now all of a sudden my order is on hold, because one of my items is not in stock ... yes that is right not in stock as when I ordered it was in stock ... how the hell? ... As per attachment it clearly stated our goods will be delivered in 5-7 day's meaning we will have it in time for Saturday and our party ... Now Michellene tells me it 5 to 7 day's only after it is shipped ... you did not think twice to take your money for items you don't have but now you playing for time ... I will advise every last person on earth to never ever order online ... as it is a ***** ****
