Pathetic service

My wife went into Mr Price at Sandton City on Wed 4 October to open a account. She completed all the necessary documentation and handed copies of what was requested.Firstly the staff that assisted were so rude .Categorically stating that faxing is a waste of time and if she did not need the job she would just tell us that the fax machine is not working.The venacular used was understood by my wife who rep**** and the lady was stunned. However a whole week later Mr Price new accounts want more info .We handed them the completed forms as well as three months banks statements.Now they want the company to stamp and sign verification that my wife is working.Crazy stuff because Foschini ,Woolworths and Truworths all opened her account with no issues. Why Mr price Why??????
