pathetic service

I place an order online at Mr Price Sport on April 28 - they did not have one of the items, which I only found out when I received the order, and the receipt says to follow. I have followed up with an e-mail and a copy of the receipt on June 26 querying where the item is, and absolutely NO response. WHY do I continuously find myself having to come to hellopeter to get anything from you?

Do something about your s*** customer service!! You don't even deserve a one star rating.

I wrote a review on mr price sport on 19 july and absolutely no response!!

since this order has not been sent, credit this amount to my account!!
