Pathetic service

My partner had been in the store to purchase a few kiddies items for me, I had given him my account card to purchase those items. However, when he had reached the till points he was denied to purchase since the card was on my name and the person on duty at that time [VERNI] had refused to even give me a call or to speak to me to verify the purchase so he had it kept as a set aside for me to fetch over the weekend and had given in his details. When we went there on sunday to fetch the items we waited for half an hour then we were told the items could not be found in the office, we waited a further 15 minutes for the cashier to check again, we were already late for our function since we were suppose to just pick up and go. We then had to go shopping all over again, he then saw the lady who he had spoken too.. She was full of attitude and rep**** with ' You were suppose to come in on Saturday, we kept it on the floor already this morning'. We went there on a sunday, it was only a day later, we had not received a phone call from the store to verify if we actually still wanted those items and neither were we informed of the policy she claimed ran in that store. 20 mins we waited again
