pathetic service

I have a Mr Price account for some years recently I was ill and paid my account 2 days late. What happened was that because it was a late payment it showed a double amount due the previous month and the current month so I paid the previous month and still had time for the new installment to be paid at the end of the month. I was hounded with emails and even a phone call that r500 and some change was due. My point the account was not in arrears I had until the 7th of the next month to pay the account what the hell is wrong with the accounts department don't you check these things before calling and running off your mouth I asked the person calling why are you calling me this account is not in arrears she told me she is aware of that but r500 is due by the 7th of the month. What the hell are you calling me for I assure you I do not have amnesia if I did I would not have had a successful business or accounts for that matter. I am closing this account has I really don't need it there are periods in which I don't buy on this card for months. I rather use my credit card and deal with people who know what they doing. I can't deal with confused call centres
