Pathetic service
Do you guys really care about customer service, my girlfriend has been trying to get something resolved for over a week now, waiting for a call back doesn't happen. So I decide to call select options and over 10 minutes later still waiting for consultant to answer, so I decide to try the whatsapp number start communicating with someone they say they going to transfer me to someone in online department, and that's where communication stops 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting. Do you not want customers money? Or do you just not care?
