Pathetic Security

<p>On Saturday i went to Mr Price Rosebank, i had a dress that i wanted to exchanged and on top i purchased 5 items, when i got to the security guard she started counting the number of items i had in the plastic bag, it showed 4 items on the receipt and thoough she could see that its 5 items that were paid for and 1 item has been returned, i then helped her to count and show, but the lady took everything in my plastic and then took it back, but when i got home 1 item was missing, she had it on her shoulder as she couldnt hold them in her arms. Since then i tried calling the store but no one is answering, i mean how can she not realise that she had my dress with her, now i am stuck with a receipt which i paid for 5 items but only got 4 itmes.
