Pathetic quality , inconvenience to customers

I have purchased a winter gown from Mr Price Chatsworth 2 weeks ago on my account. One week after wearing the gown, the sleeve had a hole under the arm. I had to take it back to Chatsworth because Malvern did not have stock. I do not stay in Chatsworth but i was forced to go there to return the gown. I had exchanged the defected gown for a new one which i was happy with until a week later it had a hole on the hoody. I am frustrated because in the space of two weeks, two gowns were defected and i have to travel back to Chatsworth to exchange it. The quality of the gown is not what i expected as the gown cant even go a week without taking major wear on it , the quality is pathetic . I still need to exchange the gown as i do not have the time because of my working times. It's such an inconvenience Mr price !!!!!
