Pathetic quality and pathetic service!!!!!!!

Wish I could give a lower rating!!! Bought clothing on the internet, when my daughter wore the item on Sunday for the first time the item was pulling apart at the seems in 2 different places - massive holes. Terms and conditions state that "should any items purchased from the website be defective, it may be returned for a refund, replacement, or repair...within 6 months". I chose replacement, now it is a problem. They expect me to accept a refund, order the item again, pay shipping again!!! They continue stating that the item has been worn...Yes, the item has been worn, that is how we know it is faulty!!! I want to be put in the same position I would have been had the item been the right quality!!!! Lucky Shange has all different stories instead of doing what their terms and conditions say they should!!!
