Avoid buying from Mr Price Online - No delivery - They are good at lying I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Mr Price online order, which was scheduled for delivery on 31 December. To date, I have not received the order.

What is most concerning is the complete lack of communication regarding this delay. There has been no message, email, or notification from Mr Price or the delivery service provider to explain the situation or to offer an apology.

I have attempted to contact the customer care line daily without success. Calls go unanswered, which adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the level of service provided.

I would appreciate urgent feedback on the status of my order, including a clear delivery update or a refund process if the order can no longer be fulfilled. I also expect an explanation for the absence of communication. I will have to go to the police as money was taken and no items
