Pathetic or just *****...

What a frustrating experience so far with no sight of resolution! Looked forward to signing up to the New Mr Price Money account as they said they were giving away R1000. Successfully on-boarded and picked up my card early June 2022. Eagerly went to Mr Price a week later and spent over R5000 just with the excitement of receiving a discount on purchases; this is where things fell apart: At the point of sale (Cape Gate MRP Home), I was told that voucher is not loaded to card but instead SMS'd. Advised the manager that we have not received any SMS with voucher codes, only the SMS to collect my card at any MRP along with my ID. Manager then provided me with the whatsapp support number and since early June up until today, after more than 6 attempts at taking the time to explain to Berlin, Berlina and Nivashni I still remain without this issue resolved but today Mr Price is quick to call me and advise on outstanding payments.

MR Price, an agreement was made. I will uphold my end and settle this account, once you uphold your promise and provide the vouchers due.
