PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE

I order clothing online amounting to more than a R1000 that was paid for already. They got my delivery address incorrect shows in Durban Durban I live in Cape Town firstly I asked several agents to change my address as I did not select that address. I called Today as was promised to be delivered yesterday 3rd March they promising first Friday ill get my order then Monday I'll only get my order . I spoke to a lady named Zama now I was fuming and demanded to speak to their manager she says there's no manager and shouts back at me when I said she's unprofessional she says I shouted first what customer service is that !! Sies it's pathetic im disguisted in your work ethic and Mr price service ! I spoke to the couriers directly and according to the couriers because Mr price only changed my address to Cape Town yesterday my order will only arrive Tuesday im so disguisted in your service you offer and this is more than 7 working days that I will receive my parcel. I hope NO ONE ORDERS ONLINE TO DEAL WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE !!
