Pathetic online service and in store service 🚮

I placed my order on the 7th of January 2023 and the estimated delivery date was the 13th of January 2023. On the 16th of January I had to follow up the whatsapp channel the status of my order and I was told their system was offline and I should follow up with them on the 17th of January. On the 17th January I received confirmation that my order is ready for collection. When I go to the store on the 18th of January I am told that my order has not arrived. Today I do another follow up only to find out that my order was delivered in store on the 10th of January as per the delivery note. I have been shopping online with Mr Price since 2014 when the online apparel store was introduced. I am so disgusted with their level of service. To add the cherry on top, I requested for the order to be canceled and they said that credit will only be passed with in 24/48 hours imagine 😡😡😡
