Pathetic online service

Am very disappointed with Mr price as always l always order online and have the clothes sent to child in Eastern cape. However the recent order l did was successfully delivered and with my daughter so excited.

Upon opening the package the they discovered that the package was underware for an adult and the inside confirmation number on the paper inside is not mine.

Just because someone was not paying attention to the information now you about to lose a customer. This is such a pathetic online service l have ever seen.
