Pathetic Online Service

I ordered a top online Tuesday and it's Saturday I'm still waiting courier company informing me that they can't find my location and its not the first time I'm ordering something online. They phoned me yesterday to say they cant find my location and I needed the item today. I was told that they would get hold of somebody in charge at the courier company, i am still waiting. I refuse to pay any courier fees, as I depended on it arriving on time. In fact that's the only reason I purchased it online as delivery stated 2 to 3 days. If I get billed courier fees, I will be taking this further.
