Pathetic online delivery service

<p>the worst exeperience ever. shopping online shouldve been the easiest option available this time of the year with all the malls being busy and extremely full. i placed an order for some garments i need for my holiday this weekend. the order was placed on the ********** 6 and i selected the door to door delivery at a cost of r45. according to the website my purchase shouldve taken 1-3working days to arrive which shouldve been by the ********** 6 the latest. i tried tracking my purchase order and just received a message saying "processing". im extremely disappointed with this service as i now need to go on holiday without my garments and im forced to go to a shopping mall and stand in long queues due to the delay you have caused me.</p> <p> </p> <p>tried calling your call centre with no luck spent 10min listening to a lady advising me that all your agents are busy. i find it very unfair that i have to do all the work to find out whats happening with my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>extremely ****ed off right now. thanks for nothing MRPRICE</p>
