Pathetic, no manners and no customer service

Mr price in mall of the South has the worst and pathetic customer service. I ordered online twice and had my order to be collected at mall of the South.. When I got there I followed the instructions to not stand in the que go to the cashier to collect.. When I get and ask for help the cashier's just stand and look at me than again I ask to be assisted again than lady didn't bother.. The manager or whoever did not ask me just look at me than I had to ask her will you help me and what do you need.. She gave my order and I left my last 4digits of order number is 2502 even with my first order 9154 I got this terrible service from the cashier..
