Pathetic Mr Price East Rand mall

If there was less than one star, I would select that option for Mr Price East Rand mall. A simple refund of an item was made reality unpleasant by staff who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but working, including the person, who I can only assume was the supervisor or manager, who authorised the refund. Mr Price, you need to invest more by way of technical and especially customer service training at your clothing stores, particularly your East Rand mall branch. Shopping at your home and sports franchises is a completely different experience. Your clothing store in East rand mall is untidy, your staffs appearance is anything but neat.. chewing gum open mouthed appears to be the national sport and manner in which they take to customers makes me never want to shop there again. In fact I don't I will ever will shop there again. I'll rather go to the pick and pay clothing store around the corner. Not sure when regional management last visited that store in particular to check on things but it's really pathetic. I think s review of it is long overdue
