PATHETIC MR PRICE

good day. so at the end of August 2019 I short paid my account in error. Paid without viewing my account and short paid by like R50. I was contacted or almost harassed regarding this and I paid in R100 a day or two later. I was never contacted when my account had been over paid once or when my account was in credit and I actually never owed MR PRICE!!! So after paying them what I owed them I now get called to ask when I will be paying the next payment!!! What was this all about. I was told by the call center agent that the computer automatically selects the numbers and places the calls. What is this all about? My account is paid on time and if I had a poor payment track record I would understand the concern for the next payment but I have a good track record. Maybe they will now not offer me an increase in my limit or a cellphone contract or other finance :(
