Pathetic mobile App

I tried to purchase some garments off their mobile app, When trying to pay with my card it gave an error message so I rather made an instant eft payment The money went off my bank account but I received no payment confirmation or order number I complained on their website and Facebook page yet I have not received help I called their call center and was treated like ***** I want my money back!
