Pathetic financial agents for Mr price

Absolutely pathetic service. I've had an account with Mr price for years and supported them for years!! Never missed paying them when it came time. I had covid and was in hospital and came out 2 days ago and I forgot to make the payment for end of November. Never in my life can your interest be the same amount of what you owed to pay for the month. I get a warning email few mins ago saying I had to pay it today. And when I call and speak to ndumiso sibiya he says well you didn't pay last Month 11 days ago. And he clearly did not know how to explain to me how an account that I owe 370 for interest for 11 days it 316 instead he says I don't know what kind of person you are and cuts the call on me which ****ed me off even further!!!! How the hell to you have such a high interest all of a sudden Mr price and you can't hire people that know how all this works??? What a ****ing pathetic company. You guys don't even send a reminder you just said a warning to people? I will close this account end of the month. Never again will I purchase from you guys.
