Pathetic finance department

Deserves a zero. So pathetic. 3 payments went off my account of the same amount & I’ve been struggling to get a refund. Finance department has been on holiday for 4 weeks. I’ve been requesting a refund since the 20th of December. Since the 2nd I’ve been calling with consultants giving me the run around and everyday they mention that the finance department just opened “today”. I need my money. And I’m definitely closing my account after this
